Premises Information for Fire Fighters (PIFF) is a free to use national service

PIFF provides firefighters with premises information which they can use during emergencies to assist them when entering premises.

When in possession of relevant and up to date Premises Information, our fire safety professionals can more rapidly isolate gas and electricity, recognise the location of corrosive and combustible chemicals, ensure that emergency exits are clear and assist anyone living on or around the premises to get to a place of relative safety.
